In terms of the Skills Development Act, 1998 (Act No. 97 of 1998), and the Skills Development Levies Act, 1999 (Act No. 9 of 1999), all employers that pay skills development levies may claim 20% of their levies back by completing a Workplace Skills Plan for the next Grant Scheme year, and an Annual Training Report with regard to the implementation of the Plan for the previous Grant Scheme year.
Both the Training Report and the Skills Plan must be submitted on or before 20:00 on 30 April 2019.
